Attorney Connie Reguli turned herself into authorities in Brentwood, Tennessee today (July 17, 2019) after learning that there was a warrant out for her arrest. She was released the same day without bail, on her own recognizance.
Attorney Connie Reguli is well-known to the readers of Health Impact News and our MedicalKidnap.com website. She is the head of the LawCare Family Law Center in Tennessee, and also the founder of the Family Forward Project, which advocates for the rights of parents and children nationwide on matters related to abuses in Child Protective Services and Foster Care.
She is a frequent speaker nationally, and educates legislators on matters related to family law and child welfare. She has been practicing law defending the Constitutional rights of parents for over 25 years.
Yesterday she received a phone call informing her that there was a warrant out for her arrest, encouraging her to turn herself in rather than having police come in to storm her office or home to arrest her.
After informing her Facebook followers of this fact, Raymond Schwab, a military veteran and father who had his own children medically kidnapped in Kansas (more info), called Reguli and interviewed her the night before she turned herself in where she explained the case related to the warrant.
Attorney Reguli begins by stating that she has:
never broken the law and never been arrested for nothing. I am 67 years old, I’ve never had a DUI… never had a single criminal charge. And here we are because I tried to get a parent due process, which means notice and opportunity to be heard. I am now going to be criminally charged for that.
At a recent legislative session in Tennessee before a committee that provides oversight for Tennessee’s Department of Children Services (DCS) Attorney Reguli says:
I told them that this system is so broken, and that parents’ rights are being violated, that nobody will stand up for them. There’s no oversight, there’s nobody looking over their shoulder. I’ve been an attorney for 25 years. I know the law. I know what Constitutional rights are for parents, and I have been a thorn in their side.
Reguli explains that the heart of the case involved with her criminal charge revolves around ex parte orders being used by DCS to take children out of homes, where no emergency exists, and sometimes, they don’t even have a valid court order signed by a judge to do so. With ex parte orders, there is no hearing before a child or children are removed from the home.
She goes on to explain that she represents a mom in Dekalb County, which is a small rural area about an hour away from where she lives. She has known and represented the mom, Wendy Hancock, for several years.
She’s been harassed by the Department of Children Services many many times. They’ve gone to school and pulled her kids out of class and harassed her.
In 2015 when they came after her, I represented her in court, and they dismissed the case with an email. I mean once I got in the case and I said they were violating the Constitution, and I was drilling him down to get me records and set the case for hearing, they sent me an email and said the case was dismissed.
In 2017, however, they allegedly started harassing the mom again.
This time, I called the DCS worker up on the phone and I recorded it, and this is what pissed them off in this case. I recorded it, and I said “Deedee,” Deedee Miller, that’s her name, Deandra Miller, I said “I want you to know that I represent this mom and you are not to call her again. You are to call me.”
And she goes, “I don’t think I can talk to you,” and she hung up on me.
I posted that recording on our Facebook Group, The Family Forward Project. I put it up there, that this is what it is like to talk to a DCS worker when you have counsel.
In 2018 there was allegedly another referral against the mom, Wendy Hancock, and again Reguli tried to work with the case worker, but this time she would not even take her call. She left a message stating she wanted to work with the department on behalf of her client and come up with a “safety plan,” a fact she says is not in dispute.
Because an investigation had been started, Reguli called the detective.
I say “don’t talk to my client again without me present.” He said “Okay.”
She asked the police detective if there was any emergency she needed to know about, and he allegedly said “no.” This was on a Friday, August 10, 2018.
On Monday morning, according to Reguli, she called the court and asked the clerk if anything had been filed against her client yet, and they said “no.”
They finally did file a case at 3:43 p.m. that Monday, just minutes before the court closed at 4 p.m.
She asked the clerk to fax her the file, and the clerk reportedly said “sure.”
But after waiting some time, Reguli called back and was informed they could not fax it to her, and that she needed to drive out to Dekalb County courthouse to retrieve it.
Being over an hour and a half away, Reguli had to take a half day off just to drive out there.
They had not served my client. I did not know at that time, but they had already had another hearing behind her back. They didn’t call her and tell her they had a hearing. They didn’t call her and tell her they had filed anything.
They did everything ex parte.

One has to wonder. One has to take a good look, really take a step back, take a deep breath and take a good look at America and what’s going on in America. We have to take a look at what America is and what America is going to be.
That, in a nutshell, is the responsibility of every American, especially the voting Americans. But more important, it is the responsibility of our leaders, new and old, left and right.
When it comes to voting, each American citizen who votes should vote according to their beliefs and their personal interests, whatever they are. This is the essence of being an American, of being in America. No one should stop or discourage anyone from doing so, no matter what their personal beliefs and best interests are.
When it comes to voting, anyone who is legally eligible to vote should vote. Anyone in this category who doesn’t vote, shame on them except if there is reason or cause for their not voting. Similarly, anyone who votes illegally, for whatever reason, shame on you for defrauding the American people, the American government and the American taxpayers.
When you look at it honestly, there’s lots of shame to go around. The trouble is that most of us who should feel shame and be ashamed of what they do don’t and they don’t think twice about their actions in any other contexts other than their personal self-interests and misguided senses of self-importance.
Man is by nature selfish and greedy and lives according to the theory of evolution, or the survival of the fittest. Since great wealth is the new “fittest,” maybe this is why all the greed and selfishness. Maybe it’s just our inherent nature.
We’re living in an illusion in America now. What you’re seeing and hearing day in and day out is not what is happening in America. WYSIWYG not. It is a scripted text that the Despicable Democrats, aided and abetted by much of the mainstream media/social media Consortium, Pravda USA, a big part of it owned by individual Trump-hating billionaires, would have you believe.
This is what needs to be looked at.
One more time, this is what needs to be looked at, for it is the greatest internal danger to America.
Since all the Democratic candidates are millionaires except for Julian Castro, Tulsi Gabbard, Tim Ryan and Pete Buttigieg, or since any one of the ones who have any chance of actually becoming the nominee are millionaires (actually multi-millionaires) why are they so eager to bash, even destroy, the very system that has provided the means for them to be so wealthy?
The answer is simple and obvious. They see the structure of all the socialist countries and know that due to their wealth and economic status they will automatically be catapulted into and belong to the wealthy class. So they, in effect, know how they will fare in the socialist system they are pushing. Their lives will not change much. In fact, they’ll be bettered.
Same for their uber-rich Hollywood shills.
They see all this, the Despicable Democrat candidates do, and they know what will happen. They know they will be safe and on top.
They see what will happen to the rest of us too. There’s plenty of examples. So why are they pushing socialism and class warfare?
Simply put, why are they spinning a yarn and promising things that are not at all as portrayed?
Why are they pushing things that are clearly unsustainable and which will destroy the very core of America, if not America itself?
It’s all very simple.
They know where they will end up and they want to stay there because they’re there now. They also know where we will end up, and they are happy with this.
And so they persist.

He had weed, speed, Quaaludes and white wine that was very cold. He said so without hesitating.
“Wanna party?” Patsy said.
“You bet.”
“We’ll come up.”
“See you in a bit,” Bill said.
Upstairs, he laid everything out on the trunk he used as his coffee table. He’d left the wine in the frig and the apartment door open. A few moments later he heard them on the stairs.
When they came in they were both still naked. They’d tied towels around them but when they sat down on the sofa, they let the towels slip away and didn’t bother to cover up.
“Trish has no boyfriend,” Patsy said.
“I can speak for myself,” Trish said. “I’m not looking for one either, but that doesn’t mean anything other than I’m not looking for an attachment.”
“My boy’s at work,” Patsy said. “We are a free couple which means we both do as we please.”
“I’m solo,” Bill said.
“We know,” Patsy said. “We see you around, see who comes in and out and when. We been meaning to meet you, so now’s good a time as any.”
“I’ll get some wine,” Bill said.
He was reaching into the refrigerator when Trish joined him in the kitchen. She didn’t wait for him to close the refrigerator door, just came to him by the open frig, stood up on her bare toes and kissed him.
“Cold feels good,” she said while kissing him. Then, she inched closer and kissed him some more, right there at the open frig.
“Don’t mind Patsy,” she said when they broke apart. “I think she wants me to have a boyfriend. I keep telling her I can get laid without having one.”
She took the wine bottle from Bill and stepped over to the kitchen table. Bill went for a corkscrew and when he faced her again, she was rubbing the cold bottle on her nipples, making them stiff.
“You like?”
Bill stepped over to her. He didn’t say anything, just leaned in and bit one of them, hard. He licked it after he bit it and then did the same to the other one.
“You like?” he asked.
Trish kissed him. “You’ll never know how much. And now you’ll have see what else I like, I mean when it’s just you and me.”
When they came back into the living room, Patsy was standing up and already getting high. They smelled the pot before they arrived in the room, and the first thing Trish did, even before she set down the wine bottle, was reach out for the joint.
“Puff, puff, pass,” she said to Patsy.
Patsy passed her the joint, took the wine bottle and put it to her lips.
“The hell with glasses,” she said. “Let’s do a little wine circle.”
She took a nice, not dainty swig and set the bottle down. Then she stepped into Bill’s arms so that he could feel her tight against him. She ran her hand through his long hair then let it slide down to catch a feel of his ass.
“Now feel mine,” she said.
She took one of his arms and softly pulled at it so that his hand slid down. She reached behind her, settled his hand right on her buttocks then spread her legs and led his fingers all over her.
Trish came close to them and held the joint for Bill. He took several long tokes, inhaled them deeply and blew the smoke into the air. She held the joint for Patsy too. As Patsy hit on it, she said, “Ain’t you got no shame?”
“None,” Patsy said. “You already know that.”
Patsy reached an arm around Trish so they stood there in a three-way hug. They stood this way until they finished the joint, the two who weren’t smoking at any given time kissing each other.
“We got to get him naked,” Patsy said when they’d finished the first joint.
