So they hung out with Victor. Jimmy G and Victor read the Greek newspaper. Bill did not do much of anything. He did not want to go back and see Millie for a new uniform and seriously considered either not changing jackets or depleting his supply.

But then, you know, idle hands are the devil’s workshop. As he sat, bored to tears, he started to think a little flirting, a little teasing wouldn’t be such a bad thing. After what the banquet chef said about how they were feeling about him and about how he didn’t have to worry about his position even if he did mess with Millie, well, that crazy voice in the back of his head started in on him.

He tried like hell to push that little voice away, and happily, unlike other times in his life, he was able to sit still and not act on any crazy impulses. As it turned out, he was rewarded for his lack of doing anything because a little before he and Jimmy had to get started for the Falstaff Room he saw Caesar follow the chef into his office.

From a distance and off to the side he watched. The chef bid Caesar sit down, which he did, and a moment after Caesar was seated, Jimmy Banquet Chef joined them. The chef and the banquet chef, Bill could see, did most of the talking. To Bill, it felt like, it seemed like, or maybe he was just hoping and projecting this, the chef and banquet chef were ganging up on Caesar, ripping him a new one.

And they were. Jimmy G, when he and Bill started their rounds gathering the things they needed for their dinner service, told Bill that Jimmy Banquet Chef had told him he and the chef had a date with Caesar and that the chef was going to tell Caesar to leave him alone, to make sure that not only did he not bother him, Bill, the new cook, but that he made an effort to make sure that Bill had everything he needed as the new head cook for the room. And that meant, Jimmy G told Bill, that Caesar was to give Bill his full cooperation and absolutely no attitude.

Well, so there it was plain and simple. Or, what Bill saw as he watched the two chefs talk to Caesar was them ripping him a new one, putting him in his place, something which should have been done a long time ago.

So this was just a new part of the old equation. Later in his cooking career, Bill would pinch a waitress there with his tongs, and when the waitress complained to the manager, the manager would tell her to leave his cooks alone. Right in front of Bill and all the other kitchen help, that manager would tell her straight out that one cook equaled ten waitresses.

And so it goes.

Bill stayed watching the two chefs work on Caesar, saw Caesar look to his feet several times, even almost look embarrassed. And then it was over and Caesar left the office. The two chefs laughed together and then had a drink.

Because they had been able to set themselves up some during the day, Jimmy G and Bill finished set up in the Falstaff Room early. Before he went to change into a clean uniform, Bill fixed Kalista a really nice plate of the roast tenderloin in a somewhat thinned sauce which Bill prepared by working on the sauce Jimmy Banquet Chef had prepared. Bill made a red wine and shallots reduction and turned that sauce into a sauce. He double-cheesed the potatoes and sautéed the broccoli so it was crisp and flavored with garlic and butter.

He served Kalista personally because he liked her and was pleased with the plate he’d made her. That done, he went off to change into a clean shirt. He hoped Millie was gone for the day, which was why he had waited till late.

jackassGAD, General Anxiety Disorder, is an anxiety disorder characterized by excessive, uncontrollable and often irrational worry about events or activities.

GAD is characterized by excessive, exaggerated anxiety and worry about everyday life events with no obvious reasons for worry.

About 5% of the American population suffer from GAD. About 90% of Despicable Democrats suffer from GAD.

If you’ve ever had that feeling described as the knot in your stomach or you’ve felt as if you swallowed a lead ball and it’s sitting down there in your gut, maybe more than one lead ball, well, that’s what GAD is said to kind of feel like.

The Democrats, those absolutely Despicable Democrats, have been suffering from GAD for a long time. A good guess is that it was slightly active during the Bush years and mostly dormant during the Obama years. In fact, during the Obama years the Despicable Democrats were ecstatic, euphoric, even orgasmic.

Come to think of it, looking closely at it, completely down during the Trump years and way high up during the Obama years — maybe those Despicable Dems are bi-polar too.

So the Gad kicked in when Trump got on the escalator that day, and it grew and grew as it became a real possibility that this non-politician, controversial businessman, TV personality from New York (and on and on) might actually win the Republican nomination such that Hillary Clinton (who still claims, and in public too, that she beat Donald Trump once and can do it again) might have to square off against him in the general election.

Oh my!

The GAD grew due to several different things. First, enter Bernie Sanders. The Socialist. The socialism part didn’t bother the Despicable Dems. That Bernie would challenge and might even steal the Democratic nomination from the anointed one, that raised the GAD level way high, way, way high such that DWS, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (she had to resign, remember?), and her Hillary-fixated DNC had to rig the nomination results. Poor Bernie. Sizzle and burn.

Hillary in, Bernie out, the second and most major concern was the non-politician whose best quality seemed to be that despite all his controversy and scandal (and on and on) he continually reminded people of how much they dislike what our government had become, what it now was, how crooked it is and how it had stopped representing America in the world and taking care of American citizens first here at home.

Double oh my! Oh my. Oh my.

Then that dreadful night when their dreadful candidate — the one who called half the American people “deplorables” — lost the election. Her campaign celebration headquarters went dark as did the hearts and minds of those Despicable Democrats. The celebrities walked in, saw people crying, turned around and walked out.

The GAD immediately kicked into hyper drive.

This couldn’t be. This couldn’t happen. Oh my God, Armageddon.

No, not Armageddon. Just GAD.

Skip ahead a few years. Not the end result yet because there’s more going on (they suffer from GAD, so of course there’s more going on because GAD doesn’t just go away). GAD in hyper gear pushed them to hurry-up-and-impeach-before-the-next-election, but there is no hurry so don’t send the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate. Use them as a whip, a cudgel, a weapon.

And if that doesn’t tell you how sick the Democrats are… Well?

quill-pen-300x300One has to wonder. There hasn’t been a single other country like the United States. Not one. There hasn’t been one other superpower that has not used its might to attempt to take over the world or parts of it. And there hasn’t been any other country that has generated the wealth the United States has generated and then gone on to use that wealth for aid to other countries around the world.

Not one.

In fact, thanks to Ronald Reagan there was a period of time when the United States was the only superpower and even during that period the United States did not attempt a world takeover or abuse those powers who were would-be superpowers such as the Soviet Union was. It allowed — and this was a bit crazy — those powers to rebuild and become superpowers once again.

So… Why?

One simply has to wonder why!

Like any living being, the United States is not perfect. It does many things that might be judged wrong, maybe even immoral sometimes, and it surely does many things that are or could be considered questionable. It makes no bones about acting in its own best interests.

That said, this is still the best country in existence and it is without doubt the only game in town. It is the only power that examines what it does and tries to fix it or at least put patches on it.

So once again, why?

Why would one branch of the government, more particularly one political party, want to move us in the same direction as those systems that have repeatedly failed throughout time? Why would that party glorify and laud the leaders of those countries and systems when it knows those leaders are murderers, mass murderers, mass murderers on a grand scale who steal their countries’ monies and repeatedly kill, imprison and/or abuse their people who speak out about what is being done to them?

It boggles the mind.

It really boggles the mind, and one simply has to wonder.

But of course we all know the answer. It’s not a pretty answer, but we all know it. Man is by nature selfish and greedy.

We have a class of people governing us now that our founders had not envisioned. Our founders meant for our leaders to serve their terms and then go home to their farms so a new group of leaders would take over. But now we have the political class, a class of people who are career politicians and who, therefore, have only one thing in mind and that is their personal re-election. It is clear and apparent.

This group of people, the American Politburo, is comprised of millionaires, or that is to say more than 60% of them are millionaires and many of them have become millionaires while being in office. Go figure!

But that’s why they want to stay in office. In office, as a group they vote themselves all these perks that allow them to spend our money and not their own and continually make more money for themselves. Great gig!

So, why?

Simply put, Vladimir Putin is said to be the richest man in the world. That’s the answer. The more these millionaire Politburo Democrats push us toward socialism, the more they guarantee we will all remain relatively poor while they and their heirs live like kings and queens.

Why? Think of The Hunger Games scenario.

“How you doing, love?” Bill said to her next time around. He did not lose stride in his work, did not change rhythm or miss a beat.

“I’m good,” she said. “How’s it hanging?”

“Just fine,” Bill said.

Then she was gone again, and forever as it were since this banquet was only for three hundred and she was one of many in the wait staff. Bill did not know it yet but he would see her again in the morning at the breakfast banquet and he would peek in on her shortly.

After the dish-up, after cleaning up what they had to on their stations, storing their tools and putting all leftover food together in one place for storage, Jimmy Banquet Chef led Bill through a labyrinth of back corridors all in the “back of the house” to one of the kitchen areas adjacent to the banquet room where this banquet was being held. This hotel had many party rooms and banquet rooms, and it sported a grand ballroom banquet room capable of serving upwards of five thousand people.

Together, they stood at an entryway, like behind the wings on the stage in a theater, and looked out upon the activity in the room.

“I wanted you to see the product,” Jimmy said.

The people were almost all done with the main course by this time. Bill saw that the waiters and waitresses were busy cleaning used dishes from tables. Of course what each particular one was doing depended upon the needs at the tables they were handling. Bill did notice the way the tuxedo pants clung to the backside of that waitress.

“Where does the desert come from?” Bill asked.

“Depends upon the banquet,” Jimmy Banquet Chef said.

“How so?”

“Well, depends upon the menu, upon the occasion, whether or not they bring their own cake. We generally don’t bake here, so we have a pastry and bread supplier. You’ve probably seen their trucks on the loading dock and just haven’t noted them.”

“Yeah. I probably have,” Bill said.

“Well,” the banquet chef said, “we’re done. We got a little more clean-up to do. Then your time is yours until you start for the Falstaff Room. It isn’t much. But tomorrow you’ll have plenty of free time after the breakfast. The chef and me agreed we’ll pay you straight through, no matter what. That’s cause he can’t give you a raise until your probation ends. Well, he could, but it wouldn’t sit right with some of the other cooks.”

“Okay,” Bill said. “Thanks.”

“Thank you,” Jimmy Banquet Chef said. “And I want you to work all the banquets you want that you can fit in your schedule.”

“Great,” Bill said.

Back in the kitchen, the cooks, pantry people and even the stewards ate roast tenderloin of beef for lunch. Jimmy Banquet Chef and Bill served up after they’d set the main kitchen completely in order and ready for the cleaning crew that steam-cleaned and polished overnight.

Jimmy gave Bill and Jimmy G one whole tenderloin to feed the Falstaff Room staff, and since there were still some left over tenderloins, he gave them those too for Caesar to run as a dinner special. These were set aside with the Falstaff Room food along with the left over broccoli and scalloped potatoes. That would be the vegetable for the night and a potato du jour.

No muss, no fuss, no waste. Food cost was always an issue.

Jimmy G and Bill could stretch their free time to almost an hour since they were already both there and had some things in place.

“Don’t forget to put on a clean uniform,” Jimmy Banquet Chef told Bill. He gave Bill a big wink.

They were still about thirty minutes from meal time. The salads were being transported to a cool station close to where they would be placed on the tables. For this meal they would be set on the tables right at meal start time.

Dish-up for the main course from four stations ran at about ten plates per minute, give or take. Jimmy Banquet Chef was faster than the others. That was a matter of his experience. Jimmy G was slower, only because he was never meant to be a cook and was not particularly adept at the skills a good cook needed. The worst part was that he was completely disinterested.

Bill was fast. Bill had spent a lot of time cutting meat and carving steamship rounds and prime rib. So cutting the tenderloins, to him, was no big deal. He was slower this time than what his regular pace would be because he was getting the feel of the thickness of the portions he had to cut. This took a little time and a general sense of the way the meat ran since each tenderloin, while close, was its own size.

Jimmy Banquet Chef put Bill on the station next to him where he could watch Bill as he worked. Bill would find out later in the day that the executive chef and the banquet chef had a long conversation about him, one in which they decided he was definitely a keeper and that they would work him in on banquets as much as he wanted and they could fit in with his schedule at the Falstaff Room. This was because, as the banquet chef saw and noted, Bill was sure and swift with the knife. His cuts were even, smooth and swift. As a cook, he was clean, neat, meticulous and naturally sequential. That meant he knew what he had to do when so as to keep the flow of the meal service.

Dish-up was the penultimate activity for the cooks. They worked almost forty minutes at it, and then it was done, all the main courses plated, capped and stacked inside the warmer trucks. Because this was a smaller banquet the first plates would not be in the trucks for that long a time. Just about as soon as all plates were stacked, it would almost be time for the saucing to begin.

Along the way, the executive chef came from his office. The chef stood by Jimmy Banquet Chef and they had a detailed conversation while Jimmy worked. What the executive chef was really doing was watching Bill. Bill was not oblivious to his being there but he was focused on what he was doing. Plate after plate, every plate the same until they were all finished. By the time they were finished the executive chef was back in his office.

Last thing was to sauce the meat. This was a fast-paced activity. Now it was stack of five by stack of five. A steward pulled a stack from the truck, set it before Bill and lifted the plates. He lifted the first four at once and stacked one plate at a time after Bill had sauced the meat through the cap. He removed the top cap, the one with just the finger-hole in it, and replaced it right after the meat was sauced.

The waiters stood by. As each stack was completed, the waiters grabbed the stack and set it on their trays. When the trays were done, four stacks, twenty dinners, the waiters hoisted them on their shoulders and headed out to their assigned wait station by their assigned tables.

Very few words were exchanged. There was no fooling around, no joking, no goofing off. One of the female waitresses took a moment in stride to smile at Bill and say “Hey, baby.” And then she was gone, a heavy dinner-laden tray up on her shoulder.

American flagThe real America is not what the mainstream media, Pravda USA, make it out to be, not how they portray it at all.

The real America does not support the Despicable Democrat agenda and does not believe most of what it says. The real America sees the rich hypocrisy in its words and actions.

So let’s be clear.

Let’s define real America. It is not about race, gender, or religious beliefs. It is not about sexual orientation or ethnicity.

Here, by real America is meant those hard-working, taxpaying legal residents throughout the country, the ones who trudge off to work every morning whether they want to or not and work to support themselves, their families and the near-fifty percent of the American population who do not pay taxes and who are the recipients of the “free” stuff the Despicable Democrats talk about, the ones who understand that free is not free because someone has to pay for it.

Here, by real America is also meant those who belong to Obama’s Dreamers, but only those who can document through school records that they were brought here as children, have gone through the public or private school systems and who have not committed any crimes that would make them particularly undesirable as citizens.

That said, as you’ve been watching for the last couple of months, or maybe not, maybe you are really very smart and don’t bother to watch the ridiculousness the Despicable Democrats have brought to the House of Representatives and to the country as a whole, Despicable Democrats in lock-step with their lap dogs, the mainstream media Pravda USA, have been holding fast to their mantra that no one is above the law, not even the president (whom they can’t yet find a crime for for exactly how he broke the law).

No one is above the law.

Think about it.

That means all the illegals, whether they’re good people or not (and the vast majority of them are good people). That means all sanctuary cities and sanctuary states and every elected official who does not follow the Federal law because they don’t agree with it or because it’s not politically expedient for them to do so. That means Adam Schiff who lied before Congress, and all those so-called leaders, including Comey and Brennan and on and on… the list is long.

The real America sees through all this horseshit.

The real America knows that the major scare-tactic premise of “we only have 12 years to live” of the New Green Deal is pure bunk. And it knows that the economic cost is beyond untenable.

The real America, unlike the far-left of the Despicable Democratic Party, can do math. The real America understands that the $94 trillion cost of the Green New Deal is many times our GDP. Or, simply put, it is economically unfeasible as well as being grounded in un-truth.

Yes. The real America understands this.

It also understands that free isn’t free and that if we continue down the Despicable Democrat path services will go down, public safety and public health will continually diminish, and quality of life in America will continue its downward trend.

The real America understands that the only thing that will go up under the Despicable Democrat agenda will be their taxes. They will pay more of their hard-earned money in taxes only to see the quality of education, medical care and their own personal safety go significantly down. And according to Joe, many of them will even lose their jobs.

No. The real America simply isn’t down with the Despicable Democrat debacles.

Related imageSo you should check out the statistics on the child snatchings. I stopped calling it child protection a long time ago, almost immediately in my own case. They weren’t protecting my kids. If they were, if that had been their intention, they would have checked with the school. They would have checked with my pediatrician. They would have looked into my family, friends and neighbors. They could have done all that without ever removing my kids.

Straightforward, plain and simple, their intention, DCF, CPS, whatever you want to call them, was to kidnap my kids, to snatch my kids, to use their messed-up laws and personal immunity to snatch them away from me right before my very eyes.

And they did this. They accomplished this with no muss, no fuss and no problem. They did exactly what they set out to do from the start, from the very moment that that teacher who was a mandated reporter made the mistake of telling her supervisor that my son had a black eye and that she was concerned he’d been hit [by me]. The supervisor, who knows me, then made the mistake of telling the principal, who knows me, and the principal then made the gross mistake of calling DCF instead of me. By the way, the teacher knows me too, and they are all familiar with my son who is no stranger to the school. My son, a model student, told them repeatedly how it happened, and his friend verified it too.

So why did all this happen? The $64,000 question.

Over and over again I keep asking myself this question. But the answer is simple. It’s right out there. The teacher is a young, relatively new teacher. She is not tenured, wants to get tenure because it’s a primo school district, one that is safe and secure and mostly without incident. So, my guess, she was afraid someone would see my son and ask her if she said anything. Thus, fear of a negative thought about her on the job by someone above her caused her to report something first instead of checking it out first. So it went up the chain of command, wrongfully so, needlessly so.

DCF, DYFS,CPS came to school. They saw two perfectly healthy, happy white kids. They saw two absolutely adoptable kids, kids they knew were in high demand.

Jackpot! They hit the lottery.

No phone call home. No warning. One day I sent my son off to school and he didn’t come home. Instead, they came and snatched my daughter and I didn’t know why.

Every parent’s worst nightmare come true.

And then of course CPS does what CPS does. Most people working in that system have immunity. The caseworkers can snatch your kids, take you (me) all the way through the court system, break you (me), financially and as a person (mentally), and then, if it looks like they’re not going to get what they want, which is to legally “sell” your kids into adoption, if it looks like they can’t win their case or if they think the judge might not be too happy with what they’re doing, they can just drop the whole thing, look you straight in the eye and say “oops, my bad.”

No shame. No guilt. No “I’m sorry.” No thoughts or feelings about what they’ve put you and your kids through and the damage they’ve inflicted on everyone.

So I bet many of you are thinking no, it can’t be like that. They wouldn’t do a thing like that.

Well, it is. They do. And they do it all the time. And if you don’t believe me, take some time and do some honest checking into it. Read up about it.

See the source imageThey said he was an imminent threat to our national security. They said he committed treason, colluded with Russia and assisted Vladimir Putin in influencing the 2016 election. They said he had to be impeached in order to stop him from cheating again in the next election, like he did in the first election.

They said it was so, so important that it couldn’t wait.

They said it was so important it had to be done ever-so-quickly. They said they couldn’t wait for the courts to rule on his invoking of executive privilege because that would take too much time. That would afford him time to continue colluding with foreign powers and imploring them to assist him in getting re-elected.

Well, lions and tigers and bears, oh my!

So here we are. They voted on and passed two articles of impeachment yesterday. Done deal. But suddenly, my gosh, it’s not so important. All of a sudden Nancy Pelosi has decided not to forward those articles to the Senate for trial. All of a sudden, that sad solemn day on which all dutiful and oath-bound Democrats were busy genuflecting and praying for the president and swearing to the American people that they were doing what was best for them by impeaching that treasonous traitor of a president, became a day on which none of any of that was so important anymore.

But it was so important that really it wasn’t so important.

But it was their duty, except it really wasn’t.

Or, once again the Democrat part of our government has played a trick on us, deceived us, lied to us. It has misrepresented itself, its duty and its responsibility to the very people it represents.

America is by no means an innocent and wholly moral country. Like most countries and most people individually, it is self-serving and one of its main concerns is self-preservation.

Given that, still, it is the only superpower that has not used its might to attempt to take over the world. Instead, it has used its wealth and its advanced technology to aid and better the rest of the world.

The Despicable Democrats have told us many things in the last three years, most of which are rich with irony. They tell us things like no one is above the law, yet they support and defend sanctuary cities and render taxpayer-funded services on lawbreakers, the illegal aliens. They tell us that it is their sworn duty to defend the Constitution, yet they are ripping it asunder. Over and over they point their finger at the Republicans and the President unmindful that three fingers are pointing back at them.

Yes, it was so important, this impeachment thing. It was not important for any of the reasons they would have us believe. It was only important for them, the Despicable Democrats, to have a cudgel with which to beat the man who makes them all look petty and ridiculous.

And that is the state of the Democratic Party now: petty and ridiculous and very vindictive power-hungry partisan politicians who believe that bullying is a valid course of action.
