So it’s a new year. I don’t put much in new years and here in my family we don’t’ do anything for New Year’s eve. But here we are. It doesn’t feel much different from last year. Covid is still here and currently raging. Our leaders on the left are still as stupid and dishonest as they were last year, maybe more so. We are still not getting the truth about Covid. We are still in the downward spiral, ever surrounded by those “leading” us by force of power rather than by wisdom, logic and concern for our well being.
And so it goes.
Still , happy new year to you all. I truly hope that the turn of the year and the upcoming days bring you happiness, fulfillment and peace.
Once again, here, new things to come and new things to explore.

Only about half of the country pays any taxes at all.
I was told once and really like the idea: always make the least negative assumption.
With that in mind, a good portion of the half of the country that don’t pay any taxes are really poor and working hard to take care of themselves and their families.
But a portion of those who don’t pay taxes at all are gaming the system. Let’s face it! We all know at least one of those people, the one collecting welfare, housing and food stamps yet is driving a Mercedes.
Look at past eleven months. What’s the work incentive anymore when you can do better getting paid off?
That half of the country that pays taxes and sees what is going on…how much longer does anyone think they will continue to tolerate what is happening?

So here we go again, Covid restrictions and travel bans. While the would-be president speaks today about it, he is letting in more than 200,000 people per month as illegal aliens and all those who are “gotaways,” 25 percent of whom have Covid.
What bullshit.
And then there’s Hunter Biden and his connection for more that 10 million dollars to a Chinese energy company, and of course to Russia too. Any wonder this would-be preseident (we wonder who is actually controlling things) curtailed our energy production and cheerfully increased Russia”s?

My oil delivery was up $1.14 per gallon from last year, or more than $150.00 for the fill I just got.

I was wondering…
Sometimes I don’t recognize America these days.
A 21-year veteran cop anonymously gave 25 dollars to the Rittenhouse defense fund and was summarily dismissed from the force without pension when it was found out that he did so.
Last summer the leftists willfully destroyed parts of some cities, vandalized businesses, burned buildings and cars and assaulted innocent people because they held a different political leaning toward the right. They did this without prosecution and the current vice president contributed to their defense and bail funds.
Why isn’t she fired?
Of course I could go on and on and on with example after example. It’s easy to find such examples in the America I don’t recognize these days.
I was also wondering…
I wouldn’t want to be an illegal alien and I feel for those of them who are non-criminal regular people looking for a better life. I come from immigrants who came here legally, so I care for their plight. But…
I’ve been working for 60 years, paying taxes and doing things “right” to take care of myself and my family and to accumulate wealth to leave my children an inheritance, unlike what my father, a legal working-class immigrant who spent 3½ years in a NAZI POW camp in WWII was able to leave me after working all his life.
When will someone give me food, housing, clothing, full medical and dental care and a stipend just for my being present here in America?
That way I might just be able to pass on to my kids all of what I worked so hard for. I also might be able to pursue my dream, even at my age as a septuagenarian.

So this is really more about the great Democrat/leftist/socialist lie.
Gas at about a dollar a gallon more: Biden admin told us it was cheaper than a year ago. Heating oil is up 80 cents a gallon now in the summertime. Imagine this winter: eat or heat!
Wage increases: Biden admin told us we were better off. Increases are about 4%. Inflation is more than 5%. When did four become greater than five?
China, Russia and Iran are now poised to strike against a severely weakened and compromised Untied States. The Taliban has billions of dollars of the latest American weaponry including state of the art planes and helicopters that will surely find their way to China to steal the technology.
Have no fear though. The American military leaders are busy imposing critical race theory on our military. It’s more important than getting us safely out of Iran.
The Biden admin and Joe Boy himself are mostly on vacation. They can’t even tell us how many Americans are in Afghanistan.
Math is now relative, not absolute, and it is racist to ask students to show their work. I guess that’s how four is greater than five and 3.15 a gallon is less than 2.15.
The Biden and his admin say the border is closed. 210,000 plus people came in last month and they tell us it’s less than a year ago. More relative math.
When the golden goose runs out, America no more. If Joe boy keeps this up, American no more. As Margaret Thatcher said, socialism is great until you run out of other people’s money.
Oh! Remember that laptop of Hunter’s that they wouldn’t allow to be reported on social media and the main stream propagandists totally ignored? Today the FBI (more of the greatest liars posing as our law and order people) admitted there is a second laptop out there.
Keep it up Joe Boy, Dems, Hollywood and the American Propagandists, our own Pravda, and we will have America no more.

It’s one thing to tell a little white lie. I’ve been known to tell my wife that I like her hair when she comes home from the salon with a new cut even if I really didn’t like it. That lie, mostly, is for the good and its effects are pretty inconsequential.
It’s another thing to tell a great lie, or as the Democrats are doing now and have been doing for a long time, many great lies.
Harry Reid said Mitt Romney had not paid taxes in ten years. That was a lie.
The whole of the Russia hoax perpetrated against President Trump was a big lie.
The whole notion that the riots throughout the past summer were not violent is a great lie.
Referring to the protest on January 6th as an insurrection is a misnomer at best. In fact, it is a great lie.
Saying the protesters on January 6th perpetrated an armed insurrection is a great lie. Of the 200 arrests, no one inside the Capital had a gun. Only one person arrested had a weapon and they were not inside the Capital.
Saying America is a systemically racist country is a great lie. America does not rank among the top 25 racist countries in the world according to all independent world ranking sources. Yes, racism does exist in America. The greatest perpetrators of it are Nancy Pelosi, her people, her squad, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden and their people, as well as Antifa and BLM. The whole of the cancel culture is rooted in racism and they are perpetrating a great lie.
Our enemies don’t have to do anything but wait. America is destroying itself from within.

The best thing about Covid is that it has shown us the true nature of our government. Better than that, it has given us a clear look at human nature.
Man is by nature selfish and greedy.
This has been said here over and over. It may simply be an inherent trait of “humanness.” But then even so, we’ve been taught that our ability to think is one of the things that distinguishes us from other species. We’ve also been taught that our ability to reason could temper our baser instincts.
Look closely at Hollywood and our movies. The Hunger Games truly serves as the best example of where our leaders and their Hollywood allies/compadres/cohorts are taking us, what they are depicting as our end result.
Our leaders and mostly all those Hollywood people are—you guessed it—the designed-for and designated inhabitants of the gated, Emerald City.
You’ve seen all the examples. Of course if you watch CBS, ABC, NBC, PBS, any of their cable stations or CNN, maybe you haven’t seen them.
So all together, and in general, it is pretty interesting and telling that those who advocate for (and mandate where they can) that we regular people conserve are the very people who have multi-million dollar mansions, private jets and magnificent yachts, not mention their limousines. They’ll tell us to put on a sweater and to keep the heat in our meager little homes at 65 degrees while they heat their huge mansions as they please and cool them in the summer so they never sweat. That’s of course even if they are not living in them and are off to one of their other homes elsewhere.
These are the same people who tell us to conserve gasoline while they fly off to warmer climates in their private jets or sail off in their luxury boats.
That pretty much says it all.
Look at them. Look at us regular people. Hundred dollar a gallon ice cream stored in a twenty-four thousand dollar freezer versus two-for-five sale ice cream stored in a less than thousand dollar refrigerator freezer.
Man is by nature selfish and greedy.
The best thing Covid has done is show us who our leaders are and what our government is.
Lately, I’ve heard the division in our country compared to The Matrix.
